Description

GALTech Technologies is hiring an HR Manager to drive end-to-end talent acquisition for our growing tech team across India and Dubai. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring needs across web, mobile, e-commerce, and digital marketing teams, to sourcing, screening, and onboarding top tech talent. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving software services environment, knows where to find the best developers, designers, and digital marketers, and can build a healthy talent pipeline that scales with our project demand. You will report directly to senior management and play a key role in shaping team culture across our offices in Infopark Thrissur and Dubai.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for tech roles including web developers, mobile app developers, Shopify specialists, UI/UX designers, digital marketers, and project managers etc.
  • Partner with department heads and project managers to forecast hiring needs and define accurate job specifications and skill matrices
  • Build active sourcing pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, employee referrals, and campus partnerships across Kerala
  • Screen candidates, conduct first-round HR interviews, coordinate technical rounds, and manage the full interview process to closure
  • Negotiate offers, handle salary discussions, and ensure smooth pre-onboarding and offer-to-joining conversion
  • Drive employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, Instagram, and the GALTech careers page to position the company as a top tech employer in Kerala and the GCC
  • Manage the onboarding and induction process for new joiners, including documentation, orientation, and 30-60-90 day check-ins
  • Maintain HR records, employee databases, and recruitment dashboards with accurate hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source-of-hire, offer acceptance rate)
  • Handle employee engagement activities, internal communications, and basic HR operations including attendance, leave, and exit formalities
  • Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws and internal HR policies across all hiring and employee lifecycle activities

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (MBA in HR preferred)
  • 2-3 years of proven HR experience with at least 1.5 years focused on talent acquisition, preferably within an IT services, software development, or digital agency environment
  • Strong hands-on experience sourcing tech talent — developers, designers, and digital marketers — through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other relevant platforms
  • Solid understanding of technical roles and ability to read between the lines on JDs for React, Node.js, Next.js, Flutter, Laravel, WordPress, Shopify, and digital marketing positions
  • Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills in English; Malayalam is a strong plus
  • Working knowledge of HR operations including onboarding, employee engagement, payroll inputs, and basic compliance with Indian labour laws
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and HRMS/ATS tools; experience with platforms like Zoho People, Keka, or similar is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and hiring pipelines simultaneously
  • Self-driven, structured, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
