Telecaller Cum Business Development Executive

Primary Focus:

• Directly selling courses to customers.
• Meeting specific sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and follow up with leads
• Explain courses, fees, benefits, and career oppurtunities.
• Counsel students and recommend suitable course.
• Convert leads into admissions.
• Making sales calls, presentations, and closing deals.
• Maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Reporting sales activities and performance to the Business Development Manager.

Skills Required:

• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Nature of Work:

• More transactional and focused on short-term results.
• Often involves with aggressive sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling/sales/Business Development in EdTech or Education sector.
