Business Development Manager (02 – 03 Years)

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving company growth, mentoring the team, and overseeing business development activities. The ideal candidate will act as a leader and mentor, guiding the team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Identifying potential customers and generating leads.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
• Act as a mentor and guide the business development team, by providing training and performance support.
• Take full ownership of business development operations and ensure target achievement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients .
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic insights.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.
• Candidates with Minimum 1 plus year of experience in Ed Tech industry needs to apply.
